the staff welcomed us warmly, it was very romantic. the garden premier cottage was spacious with well maintained amenities. i loved the bluetooth speaker alarm clock that included a wireless charger on the bedside table. the beds and pillows allowed us to sleep peacefully. the linen and housekeeping provided top notch service.

the breakfast lacked flavour, but this may have been because their main customers are international. i wish they quickly added tableware at the stations, then we didn't have to ask the waiters for a glass.

The hotel maintains a clean pool area. The staff keeps the pool area pristine, offering guests a refreshing swimming experience. this area is very attractive with very romantic scenery. walkways through the garden provide a rainforest feel, a nice experience for couples.

the location was acceptable since it was near kuta beach.

my room had some issues with cleanliness i think. the bathtub had stains that looked like they had been there for a while, it was really gross. also, the air conditioning did not work the way it should and ice chunks came out of it sometimes.

I was charmed by the location! The beach is just steps away. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I loved the different options each day. All the staff were expertly trained and constantly friendly, charmed me!

My room was quite a distance from the lift. The water in the hotel tasted like seawater. during rainy days, the water from the tap had black particles. I found this disgusting!!!
